Global Crafts is committed to making Fair Trade products available to retailers and museums at competitive prices. As such, we have no minimum order amount. We do, however, require that you provide a resale number to qualify for wholesale prices.
Most of the year orders are shipped within 1 business day. During busy periods, however, it can take up to 3 days for a shipment to leave the building. We do offer an option to upgrade the handling of your order, which will ensure it is shipped on the same or next day of receipt, depending on the time the order is received. The cost for this is $25 per order. If you select this option your order will be processed ahead of regular orders. Please note this does not upgrade the shipping method. Shipping can also be upgraded during checkout.
Domestic (lower 48 contiguous states) orders over $1000 after discount are shipped for FREE.
Alaska and Hawaii orders over $1000 will receive a 30% discount on the Priority Postal Service rates and orders over $1500 after discount are shipped for FREE.
Orders under $1000 and international are charged based on the weight of the shipment.
Canadian orders receive the following discounts: Orders over $1000 will receive a 30% discount on the Priority International Postal Service rates. Orders over $1500 ship free by Priority International Postal Service. Canadian shipping discounts will not be reflected in your website checkout, but will be applied manually.
We ship from Florida, 32141. UPS Ground shipping is between 1 and 6 days delivery. You can check UPS delivery schedules for your location from 32141 here. Priority Mail is not guaranteed but should take 1 - 3 business days.

For first orders placed with Global Crafts, we require payments in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), or guaranteed funds (cashier's check, or money order). Credit is given solely at our discretion. We will consider requests to set up a net-30 account after the first order or in instances when an organization provides credit references and completes our Credit Application.
You can also use Bill Me Later through Paypal by selecting the PayPal checkout option. Please note Bill Me Later is a service of Paypal and not Global Crafts. Please see Paypal.com for more information.
Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will always replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS.
Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. In general an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer pays return shipping costs. All non-damage related returns are for account credit only. If you return more than 25% of an order it will be considered a cancellation and subject to a restocking fee.
Once an order is placed we will start picking and packing. Once our warehouse team have started packing an order it is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
