Terms and Conditions

Global Crafts is committed to making Fair Trade products available to retailers and museums at competitive prices. There is no minimum order amount; however, we require that you provide a resale number to qualify for wholesale prices.


First orders placed with Global Crafts require payments in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or guaranteed funds (cashier's check, or money order). Credit is given solely at our discretion. Global Crafts will consider Net-30 requests after the first order or when an organization provides credit references.  Please contact Global Crafts at info@globalcrafts.org for an application.


Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS.  Your account will be credited for damaged or missing items. 

If you would like to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. In general an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer pays return shipping costs. All non-damage related returns are for account credit only. If you return more than 25% of an order it will be considered a cancellation and subject to a restocking fee of 25%.



Once an order is placed we will start picking and packing. Once our warehouse team have started packing an order it is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
